Please note that the meal plans are designed for 2 people. If you are using this meal plan for more or less than 2 people you'll need to adjust the recipes, shopping list, and prep guide accordingly.

How many people does each recipe serve?

Each recipe in our weekly meal plan serves two people. However, in the Premium Membership our recipes can be adjusted to accommodate servings for 1-20 people. If you are serving more than or less than two people, you'll need to adjust the quantities on the shopping list and prep guide.

Do you have an app to access membership content on the go?

We don't have an app but our Premium Membership site is design to be responsive on all devices. This means that you can easily view and interact with your membership content including meal plans and shopping lists whether you're on a laptop, desktop, iPad, cellphone, or other mobile device.

If you want to add anything to your shopping list of check off items, then you can do so by using the Adobe Fill & Sign free app. This app can be used with our shopping list for both the Premium Membership and Meal Plans Only Membership.

Which diets do your meal plans and recipes cater to?

Our meal plans are based around a whole food plant-based diet. All of our recipes are plant-based, vegan, gluten-free, refined sugar-free, low in sodium, and with the majority being refined oil-free. They are great for anyone on a vegan, vegetarian, WFPB, SOS-free, clean eating, or low sodium diet or those wanting to limit their intake of meat and dairy throughout the week.

Each of our recipes are thoughtfully created by our Certified Holistic Nutritionists and our meal plans are nutritionally balanced to meet macro requirements based on calories consumed.

I have food allergies. Will your RECIPES work for me?

All of our recipes are gluten-free, processed soy-free, and contain no dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, meat, wheat, or peanuts. However, they may contain whole soy such as edamame or tempeh, tree nuts, sesame seeds, or mustard. Although, you can always omit or substitute any ingredients that you have an allergy or intolerance to. You are welcome to ask us for substitution recommendations for our recipe ingredients.

Do you offer access to all past meal plans?

Each Friday we email the link to the new meal plan, prep guide, and shopping list for the coming week. This gives you time to shop and meal prep on the weekend for the week ahead.

You can access all past meal plans through the link in our weekly member emails since the date you joined. The meal plans, prep guides, and shopping lists can all be downloaded and/or printed out.
